  • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 cup noodles cooked and drained
